The vaulting dome and the estimated 2000 angels surround the inside of the Basilica succeeded in making me feel as though angels were actively within the space as the service began. The experience for me was enhanced by a most majestic statue of the Virgin Mary seemingly floating above as well.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>Indeed Father Baker succeeded in his vision for creating a space where people leave their daily cares behind to engage in the mysteries of faith.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>&#8220;Father Baker&#8221; as he preferred to be called, is now in the process of consideration for Sainthood!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"497\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/nikossteves.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Fr-Baker.png\" alt=\"Illustration of Venerable Nelson H.
