Also, wondering how Mother Mary as a parent would have felt around the Passover times during those first few early years after the Resurrection.
Can you imagine the first feasts to remember our Lord’s honorable sacrifice? How did she help the apostles and all the other early Christians honor her son’s sacrifice for us?
And as for us, is it possible for you to honor his giving himself over for us in our own lives today? How in this Lenten season can it be done in today’s caustic environment?
Taking advantage of successfully enduring your Lenten struggles is, for me, like how it feels after a snowstorm or rainstorm, with that clear, fresh, pureness in the air. Easter is a new refreshment filling the air.
