457- It’s Mid- Pentecost! The Feast Continues!

In the Eastern Church we continue to greet one another with the words “Christ Has Risen!”

And the Response? “Indeed He Has!”

Why you ask?

Well- So Great is the Miracle of Christ overcoming death that it’s a way to continue celebrating this miracle during the 40 days of Eastertime,

That’s the time when the Apostles feasted with Christ as he made frequent appearances during those 40 days following his Resurrection.

And then came his Ascension to Heaven.

And then, ten days later, when the Holy Spirit descended on ‘The 12.’

And that 50th day is Pentecost.

Tradition tells us The Virgin Mary was there!

Also in this podcast, remembering that May is the ‘Month of Mary.’

Also- May 13 is the date when the first of the ‘Fatima Apparitions’ occurred and the Virgin appeared to the three seers for six consecutive months, with the Miracle of the Sun on her final appearance, as witnessed by over 30,000!
