The Feast of Pentecost celebrates the Holy Spirit coming down onto the Apostles on that 50th day since the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Did you know that in the Orthodox church when Pentecost ends, kneeling begins once again because the majesty of the Risen Christ is so great that the celebration without being on bended knee goes on all 50 days!
Also in this podcast is the Apparition of the Virgin Mary to Saint Leo the Great. It is known as Our Lady of the Golden Fountain.
